Indoor Pool Complex for Walmart Corporate Headquarters
Sam Walton Family Life Center
When the number one fortune 500 company decides to build a recreation facility at their corporate headquarters, they want it done right. Aquatic Design Consultants, Inc. was commissioned to design the indoor swimming pools that are now part of the Walton Family Life Center in Bentonville. This facility is part of the overall employee enrichment program that is supported by Walmart for their corporate office employees.
The task presented to our engineers was to design a facility that can serve not only as competition swimming pools, but also as swimming pools for use with other aquatic programming such as water aerobics, exercise, and swimming lessons.
