About The Aquatic Facility Design

Kenwood Cove Waterpark

The City of Salina decided to replace their 52 year old outdoor swimming pool with a new aquatic facility that provides amenities for everyone in the community. A decision was made by the City to develop a modern waterpark to surpass all other such facilities within their geographic region, thus bringing patrons from near and far to experience a premiere municipal waterpark.

The new facility not only serves all of the aquatic programming needs of the community, but also brings a large number of people to Salina to bolster the local economy. This $15 million facility is one of the largest and best municipal water parks in the United States.
