Water Coaster Ride, The Typhoon
Six Flags New England

Six Flags knows how important it is to stay on top when it comes to reputation in the amusement park industry. The Six Flags name represents the very best in amusement and water park entertainment around the world. Each year, the Six Flags theme parks introduce new rides to attract millions of visitors.

Six Flags New England decided to add a “one of a kind” water coaster ride to their Six Flags Hurricane Harbor Water Park. Aquatic Design Consultants, Inc. designed the ride to propel the riders at breathtaking speeds. Now completed, this ride is one of the most thrilling water rides in the country. Six Flags is one organization that knows what it takes to lead the pack and Aquatic Design Consultants, Inc. is the firm they count on for results.

The Ride

This exciting water coaster ride is called the Typhoon.

The Typhoon is an extreme rafting experience.

Water Park Patrons board a 3-person raft that is propelled by water and conveyor belts.

The riders blast through high bank turns, tunnels and uphill climbs at racing speeds.

The Typhoon takes the meaning of roller coaster to a whole new level as a premiere ride within the Six Flags Hurricane Harbor Water Park
